Terms and Conditions at Megapari

Megapari accepts bets only from individuals who have reached 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, if it is higher. During registration, you confirm that you are of legal age and that you do not suffer from gambling addiction.

Some categories of persons are not allowed to use the website at all. The main restrictions appear below so that you can check your status before registration. Persons who are not allowed to bet:

• Individuals under 18;
• Sportspeople, coaches, referees, club owners, or others who can influence results, and persons acting on their behalf;
• Representatives of other bookmakers;
• Persons banned from contracts with bookmakers under local law.

Access to Megapari may be illegal in some countries. The presence of the website or a local language version does not mean that gambling is lawful there. You are responsible for confirming that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. If we discover that you reside in a restricted country, we may close your account and pay only the remaining balance after correction of any winnings gained in breach of local rules. Megapari may also refuse bets or access without giving a reason when social norms, public order, or legal provisions are at risk.

Bets are settled based on data from the processing center and official results of events. A bet wins when all outcomes on the slip are correctly predicted. Winnings are paid within 30 calendar days from the official publication of the last event on the slip.

Betting terms such as odds, handicaps, and limits may change for future bets, but these changes do not affect bets that are already accepted.

Technical errors or obvious misprints can influence displayed odds or markets. In such situations, bets accepted with clear errors or in violation of rules may be declared void and settled at odds of 1, or recalculated at correct odds for the market. Bets on Esports Live may be refunded if technical failures stop the event or prevent settlement. If there are signs of unsportsmanlike conduct or match fixing. In that case, Megapari may block bets on the event, declare them invalid, and settle them at odds of 1 after confirmation by a relevant authority.

Each customer may hold only one account. One account is allowed per person, family, address, IP, email, bank card, e-wallet, or other payment method. Extra accounts linked to the same person may be treated as duplicate accounts and blocked.

Megapari may request identity documents, proof of address, and payment proofs, including selfies with ID or video calls. Verification can take up to 72 hours after we receive documents. If you refuse verification, Megapari may void bets, block the account, and freeze funds until ownership and payment methods are confirmed. After investigation, the company may keep only one main account, block duplicate accounts, and cancel bonuses and winnings from them.

You are responsible for keeping your login and password secret. Any action carried out through your account is considered to be performed by you, and you must inform us if third parties gain access.

Deposits and withdrawals are available through the methods shown in the Payments section. Withdrawal requests are processed around the clock, but security checks may delay completion when patterns look suspicious. As a general rule, withdrawals should use the same method as deposits and be proportional to amounts added with each method.

Megapari may restrict withdrawals if deposits are not used for genuine betting or if there are signs of misuse, such as frequent transfers between methods without real play. The current withdrawal limit is 10,000 per day, and higher sums may require additional review. The company may restrict specific methods in line with internal security rules.

Megapari supports several core bet formats. Understanding them helps you choose how to stake on events. Main bet types:

• Single bet: one selection on a single outcome with a return equal to the stake multiplied by the odds;
• Accumulator bet: several selections on unrelated events where all legs must win; related outcomes cannot be combined in one accumulator;
• Promo code bet: bet funded by a promo code, with specific terms, non-refundable, and not counted for future promotions.

Promo codes are issued at the bookmaker’s discretion and must be used according to the rules in the Promo section.

Live bets are accepted on key markets such as match winner, handicap, and totals. A live bet becomes valid once it is registered on the server and confirmed online, and cannot be changed afterwards. Current scores in the Live section are provided for guidance only.

Bets are settled using the actual start time and official result of the event. The schedule and titles in the Sports and Live sections are indicative and do not influence settlement. Minor differences in competition names, venue descriptions, or weather data do not cause automatic cancellation of bets.

If official sources conflict, Megapari may suspend payments until reliable information is found and may rely on television broadcasts, video recordings, or trusted statistics providers. In case of any difference between language versions of these Terms, the English text prevails.

Megapari is not liable for indirect or incidental losses, such as loss of profit. These Terms govern your relationship with the company, and any sport-specific rules published on the website, and using the site confirms that you agree to them.
